I have ordered three things now off etrailer, a hitch a bike rack, and a locking pin. And i have recieved everything quickly, and the prices were very good. That and it is really hard to find a hitch that fits your vehicle exactly, well the one from here fits perfect, better than most factory installed hitches.. :) Good Store would use them in the future and recomend them to others :) :) Jay Jay, Byron, MI
