Bought with the companion rack. Works well and keeps the road dust off. Attached easily and securely to the back of our Sequoia. Filled the bag to capacity with suitcases, pack and play, and a stroller for a road trip and were well under the weight limits.
My only complaint is two of the 2" straps to secure the bag to the rack are different than the other two 2" straps and the four 1" straps that secure the bag to the rack. I called and assumed I had 2 defective straps, but was told that's the way they are made. The bag snaps on/off easily, but by the poor design of the straps you have two loose straps on the rack swinging in the wind. These 2 straps don't latch down with a buckle like the other 6 and make it less secure. I spent 20 minutes trying to get these two straps to properly work, and gave up on them. I don't think you will lose the loaded bag, but it is a poor design.
I would rate this product much higher if the straps were inproved to match the other 6.
I would buy it again, as it is the only way to load up all the stuff for road trips to Northern WI for our family without hauling a trailer.
