Dissappointed with product

I have a 2" factory receiver from General Motors. The 2" receiver for this Cargo Carrier is loose and rocks between 2 1/2 - 3". It should not rock that much. At one point, I had to have two people hold my receiver while I drove out your receiver. I have had many other Draw-Tites over the years and this is the first one I have had a bad experience with.

Nice enough product.

The option to move the tray closer to or away from the vehicle sounds like a nice idea, but in reality the result is a tray that doesn't clamp tightly to the shaft, and at the ends it swings up and down about 1" -- and that's with the bolts tightened to the manufacturer's specs. Shaft also doesn't fit tightly in the receiver, allowing both up and down and left and right movement -- enough that I had to put a couple of wedges in the receiver. Neither of these problems will stop me using the tray, but they aren't what I expected from a mid-priced product -- glad I didn't go for a cheap version.
