Shipped quickly and well packed. I liked the size of this unit as it doesn't block the tailights of my Sequoia when the cargo bag is fully loaded. Assembled easily and is sturdy. The locking bolt system works well and prevents a quick theft (unless someone has a 7/8" socket or wrench handy). We bought the lock also. Fits luggage for four adults and two kids, a pack and play, and a stroller in the companion gear bag and rides like it isn't even there. The solid base keeps road dirt and splatter away better than the units with mesh. We got this rack to avoid towing a trailer when heading to the Northwoods and taking all our stuff with. Nice product!
