This is my first thank you letter that I have written in many years…. I am very very happy with my trailer hitch purchase.
I bought a 2002 Mercedes Benz E320. I wanted to pull a light motorcycle trailer but was told you could not put a trailer hitch on that Mercedes. Also, my wife was very much against having an ugly hitch on her beautiful car. I was going to build my own hitch for the car, but did not see a good place to bolt one onto the car.
I did some searching on the internet and came to your website just by chance. I decided to buy the hitch from you because your website included installation instructions which I was able to study before my purchase.
The conformation e-mails and UPS tracking information you sent me gave great confidence in my buying "on line".
The hitch installation was somewhat complicated but your instructions made it very easy and straightforward. I had no difficulty installing the hitch and trailer light power converter to my car.
Best of all, it is a "hidden hitch". It is hard to notice that my Mercedes has a trailer hitch on it… it truly is hidden.

The gray knob in the center of the picture is attached to bolt which is used to remove any play or rattle between the upright bar of the bike rack and the piece that slides into the trailer hitch. To swing the bike rack away from the vehicle, you will first need to turn the gray handle. Once it is loose, you would simply pull up on the black handle on top and then pull the rack away from the vehicle.
The included pin is used to hold the bike rack in the out position.
When the rack is all the way in the out position, the upright bar rotates to keep the bikes away from the vehicle and clicks into place. This prevents the end of the rack from swaying back and forth.
