The freespool clutch is very easy to operate. Simply turn the knob to disengage and pull out the wire rope.

- Compared to the Competition:
- The hook is attached properly to the wire rope at the factory.
- The included handlebar mounted rocker switch is designed for handlebars and includes the mounting kit.
- Superwinch switch is also designed to handle winch electrical current.
- On the competition, sometimes the switch is designed to handle only 30-50 amps which increases the liklihood that the switch will fail.
