Can a Class II Ball Mount be Used in the Draw-Tite Class I Hitch, Part # 24758
The Draw-Tite Class II ball mount will not work with the Draw-Tite Class I hitch, part # 24748. To prevent Class II accessories from being used in a Class I hitch, the receiver has a stop welded into it to prevent the ball mount from sliding in far enough for the hitch pin to be slid into place.
