Convert-A-Ball Ball Mount with 4 Inch Drop Review - 2013 Kia Sorento
Today on our 2013 Kia Sorrento well be test fitting the Convert-a-ball cushion ball mount for two inch hitches, part number AMSC4. Before we begin our test fit well first need to obtain the hitch height of our vehicle. This is the measurement from the ground to the inside top of the receiver tube. Our measurement is 13 inches. Now well go ahead and slide the shank of the ball mount into the opening of the hitch, line up our pin holes, and secure it with a pin and clip. Well then measure from the ground to the top of the ball platform and get a measurement of 8 inches.
Draw-Tite Ball Mount Review - 2013 Kia Sorento
Today on our 2013 Kia Sorento well be test fitting the Draw Tite ball mount with three-quarter inch rise or two inch drop, rated at 6,000 pounds, part number 2923. Now, before we begin our installation well need to get our hitch height measurement. To get this measurement well measure from the ground to the top of the receiver tube opening. On this vehicle it is 12 inches. Now keep in mind this measurement can change depending on hitch style, tire size or any other accessory that may change your vehicles ride height. Its a good idea to go ahead and measure yours first.
