Surco Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe
Today were working with a 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe and were going to be test fitting Surcos 24 inch by 60 inch cargo carrier, part number 52018. To mount the carrier to our vehicle well insert the shank of the carrier into the receiver tube of the hitch. Well line up the hitch pin holes and secure the carrier with the pin and clip. Next we want to go over some clearance measurements. Weve got about 10 inches of ground clearance from the bottom of the carrier to the ground at the rear of our carrier. Overall weve added about 25 inches of length to the rear of the vehicle.
Yakima RocketBox Pro 14 Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe
Today on our 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe well be test fitting part number Y07192. This is the Yakima RocketBox Pro 14 Rooftop Cargo Box. Now our vehicle is equipped with a factor roof rack system and weve already measured and set up our RocketBox to fit the crossbar spread so were ready to go ahead and fit it to the vehicle. Well begin by placing the box on top of the crossbars with the clamps just in front of the crossbars themselves. We can then go around to make sure all our clamps are opened up. With them opened up well simply slide the RocketBox back towards the back of the vehicle allowing the clamps to move underneath the crossbars.
SportRack Aero Roof Cargo Box Installation - 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe
Today on our 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe well be test fitting the SportRack Aero XL Cargo Box part number A90275. Now to begin our test fit well simply place our box on top of our factory crossbars. Well then need to line up the holes in the floor of the SportRack Aero with the crossbars themselves. With that done we can take the included hardware and install it making sure that the clamps go around the crossbars on both the front and rear. With the wing nuts tight inside the cargo box our box is secured to the vehicle and were ready to load it up. And that completes our test fit of the SportRack Aero XL Cargo Box part number A90275 on our 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe..
Yakima LoadWarrior Roof Cargo Basket Review - 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe
Today we have a 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe and were going to be test fitting the Yakima Loadwarrior Roof Mounted Cargo Basket part number Y07070. Our vehicles already equipped the factory installed roof rack so we setup our basket to fit the factory crossbars. Its probably a good idea to go ahead and remove the factory radio antenna from the vehicle to allow space for the cargo basket. Next, well place the cargo basket up on top of our factory crossbars. Well make sure that its centered from left to right and then well feed the clamps around the crossbars and tighten them down with the included hardware. With that, our baskets installed and were ready to load it up and hit the road.
Rola Roof Cargo Basket Installation - 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe
Today on our 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe well be test fitting the Rola Roof-Mounted Cargo Basket part number 59504. To begin our test fit, well simply place the roof basket on top of our factory crossbars and center the basket with the vehicle. With that done, well use the included hardware to wrap around the crossbar and secure back to the basket. And with that, our baskets secured to the vehicle and were ready to load it up. The cargo carrier will add approximately 8 inches to the overall height of the vehicle. Today on this 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe, we will go ahead and do test fit, on part number y07070 from Yakima; this is a load warrior roof rack basket.
