Questions from Honda Odyssey owners about this product

  • Can Curt Multi-Purpose Ball Mount be Used for Extra Height for Cargo Carrier on 2008 Honda Odyssey
  • The Curt # D210 is designed to hold a cargo carrier in the top while towing but can also be used exactly how you are using it; to get more height. Provided that you are withing the capacity of the hitch, D210, vehicle, and carrier (whichever has the lowest tongue weight capacity) then there will be no problems. The D210 receiver portion has a capacity of 350 pounds. There should be a sticker on the hitch that lists its tongue weight capacity. The hitches we carry for the 2008 Odyssey all hav

Questions from Honda Odyssey owners about this product

  • Cargo Carrier and 2 Inch Hitch Recommendation for a 2000 Honda Odyssey
  • I would recommend going with the Hidden Hitch Class III trailer hitch for you 2000 Honda Odyssey. This hitch installs easily, see video link, and will work well for carrying cargo on a cargo carrier. For a cargo carrier I have two recommendations. First, if you want the folding option like the one you selected, part # C18131, we only have one model that has a long enough shank to fold into the upright position on the Odyssey. The Draw-Tite Folding Cargo Carrier, # 6502, has 7-1/2 inches of cl

  • Folding Trailer Hitch Mount Cargo Carrier that Will Fit a 2011 Honda Odyssey
  • On the 2 inch hitches we have installed on the 2011 Honda Odyssey we have found that from the center of the hitch pin hole straight back to clear the rear bumper measured 5 to 6 inches. When folded up, the Curt cargo carrier, # C18131, only comes out to 3 inches so it would not clear the vehicle when folded up. You will want to measure from the center of the hitch pin hole on your hitch straight back to the distance required to clear the rear bumper. The best bet is going to be the 20 x 48

  • Folding Trailer Hitch Mounted Cargo Carrier for a 2008 Honda Odyssey with Class III Trailer Hitch
  • The Curt cargo carrier, # C18131, measures about 3 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the nearest edge of the carrier when folded up. It is unlikely that it will clear the rear of your 2008 Honda Odyssey. You will need to measure from the hitch pin hole center to the the distance required to clear the rear of the vehicle to determine which carrier will fit. The folding carrier that offers the most clearance is # 6502. It measures 7 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole whe

  • Hitch Extender Recommendation to Let a Curt Carrier Fold up on a Honda Odyssey 2010?
  • The 20x60 Folding Cargo Carrier # C18131 that you referenced does not have a list of vehicles that it will fit on and be able to fold up. If you have tried and you do not have the clearance then you know that it does not have the clearance. You could use an extension, but you should know that when you use an extension you cut the capacity of the hitch in half. You may also notice more wobble in the carrier due to the additional moving parts. I would recommend the Hitch Extender # HE06, this e

  • What are the Inside Dimensions of the Curt Trailer Hitch Mount Cargo Carrier # C18130
  • The 20 x 60 measurement is the inside deck measurement for the trailer hitch mount cargo carrier, # C18130. The outside measurement is 21-1/4 x 61-1/4 inches. I have included a link to a video review of this carrier for you. You mentioned that you currently have a carrier with a 1-1/4 inch shank.
