Hollywood Racks Baja 3 Trunk Bike Rack Review - 2013 Ford Escape

Today on our 2013 Ford Escape well be test fitting the Hollywood Racks Baja three bike carrier trunk mount, part number HRB3. To begin our test fit well set the carrier onto the vehicle and use the levers on the left and right side of the carrier to adjust the size of the carrier to fit the cargo door accordingly. You will need to adjust the carrier to make sure that the cradle arms are level or slightly angled up. Once we have determined this position onto the vehicle well clamp down the levers and put the top strap to the top part of the trunk, the side straps to the side part of the trunk below the taillights and the bottom straps to the bottom part of the trunk. Well then tighten it down to secure the carrier to the vehicle. Now with the carrier secured to the vehicle were ready to load our bike.

To begin our test fit well set the carrier onto the vehicle and use the levers on the left and right side of the carrier to adjust the arms. The cradle arms will need to be level or slightly angled up. Once weve established this position well go ahead and lock the arms in place. Well put the top straps to the top part of the cargo door and the bottom straps to the bottom part of the cargo door. Well then tighten down the straps to secure the carrier to the vehicle.
