There is not a replacement ball mount available for the Convert-A-Ball Adjustable Cushioned Ball Mount, CAB-UM, but there is what I believe is a better solution to your dilemma. The Convert-A-Ball Interchangeable Ball Set, item # 906B, would give you the ability to change out balls just as quickly as changing out the adjustable ball mount and would be much easier to store in the vehicle.
