• I checked with Thule and the raceway, # TH9001, is listed as a fit for a 2011 Acura TL. A spoiler is only going to be a problem if it interferes with the rack installation. No part of the rack, including the retractable cables on the rack, are allowed to touch (put any weight on) the spoiler. If any part of the rack does then you cannot use it.
