Draw-Tite Ball Mount Review - 2012 Toyota 4Runner
Today on our 2012 Toyota 4Runner well be test fitting the Draw Tite ball mount three-quarter inch rise or two inch drop rated at 6,000 pounds, part number 2923. Before we begin our test fit we will first need to obtain the hitch height of our vehicle. This is the measurement from the ground to the inside top of the receiver tube. Our measurement is 19 inches. This measurement may vary due to tire size, hitch style, or aftermarket accessories. To begin our test fit in the drop position well slide the shank of the ball mount into the opening of the hitch, line up our pin holes, insert our pin through our pin holes and secure with the clip on the other side.
Hidden Hitch Ball Mount with 4 Inch Drop Review - 2012 Toyota 4Runner
Today on our 2012 Toyota Four Runner well be test fitting the Hidden Hitch Ball Mount with four and three quarter inch rise or six inch drop weighed in at 6,000 pounds, part number 80240. Now before well begin our test fit well first need to obtain the hitch height from our vehicle, this is the measurement from the ground to the inside top of the receiver tube, our measurement is 19 inches, this measurement may vary due to tire size, hitch style, or after marketing accessories. Now well go ahead in the drop position slide the shank of the ball mount into the opening of the hitch, line up our pin holes, insert our pin through our pin holes, and secure it with a clip on the other side. Well go ahead and measure from the ground to the top of the ball platform and we get a measurement of 13 inches, well then flip the ball mount over into the rise position and measure from the ground to the top of the ball platform and well get a measurement of 24 inches. That completes todays test fit for the Hidden Hitch Ball Mount with four and three quarter inch rise or six inch drop weighed in at 6,000 pounds, part number 80240 on our 2012 Toyota Four Runner.
