The order was placed on 3/16, shipped on 3/22 and received in good order on 3/27. All was included in the pkg and the hitch fit perfectly. It took about 35 minutes to install the hitch by myself. Not bad for a 66-year old man. The electric T-connector was equally as easy to install with explicit instruction right out of the Hyundai maintenance manual. Great service.
