The Safe Working Load Limit is always 1/3 of the assemblies maximum load. In a brake lock up the object being tied down will triple in weight. To ensure safety always know the weight of what you are tying down and make sure the Safe Working Load Limit meets or exceeds the objects weight.

Today we are going to show you part number e09151 from Erikson. What we have here is our Camlock logistics strap. The dimensions of this Camlock strap is 2 inches wide by 10 foot long and it is rated for 2000 pounds. We will go ahead and show you a typical application for it. We will go ahead and just show you how it works. It is pretty simple. You just pull this little tab back, pop it into place and it is secure. And then, the opposite side of the strap works the same way. Latch it into place and then the strap goes through this Camlock right here. Then you can go ahead and strap an article to it and see what you get. And there you are, it is ready for transport down the road.
