If you are looking for an easy way to haul your expensive gear, slap this premium Yakima sport trailer on your hitch and you're ready to Rack and Roll.

This high-performance, lightweight Rack and Roll trailer comes with a pair of adjustable, 66" Yakima crossbars for mounting boats, bikes and cargo boxes for covered storage - whatever you need. The round crossbars slide along tracks to adjust to your load, and they accept all Yakima roof-rack accessories - it's like having a tow-behind roof rack with all the capability and versatility of a standard Yakima rack. The difference here is that, with the trailer's conveniently low loading height, you don't have to lift your gear over your head to store it.

Rack and Roll holds up to 250 lbs and coddles your gear with fully independent, adjustable shock absorbers. The suspension has 4 inches of wheel travel for exceptional highway performance, cushioning your gear and keeping the trailer from going "airborne" over rough terrain.

The versatile trailer is easy to store when not in use, with a variety of options for keeping it tucked away in your garage. The tongue and wheels remove easily with stainless steel pins to make the trailer more compact. The trailer can be stored upright or hung on the garage wall by the crossbars. The rear section of the frame features two integrated rollers to make moving the trailer laterally effortless.

A standard, 4-way flat, black rubber connector is included for connecting your lights to the towing vehicle. The trailer connector has three male pins and one female pin. The vehicle's flat-4 connector should have one male pin (exposed ground) and three female connections (live circuits for stop, turn and running lights).

The trailer frame includes a locking lever with a Same Key System Core that locks your hitch tongue to the trailer frame. SKS Cores can be swapped out to make all your Yakima locks keyed alike.

An integrated carrying handle is mounted near the coupler to make it easier to place the trailer on the hitch ball. The handle also turns your trailer into a handcart that is easy to maneuver while it's unhitched from your vehicle.
The trailer can carry one boat up to 17' long or two 16'-long boats. Add the Rack and Roll Tongue Extension Kit (Y08109) - sold separately - to increase the capacity to one 22'-long boat or two 21'-long boats.
You can also store the trailer without removing the tongue and wheels by adding the Rack and Roll Kickstand (Y08115) - sold separately.
The trailer is constructed from anodized aluminum and features custom-cast, polished aluminum alloy wheels.
The trailer works with Class I, II and III hitches with a 1-7/8" ball installed. The ball should be mounted 22" from the ground for optimum performance. To ensure the best fit, use a ball mount with the proper drop or rise to modify the height of your receiver.
Most states require that you register your Rack and Roll trailer. All paperwork necessary for registering your trailer is included. Take the documents to your Department of Motor Vehicles and you will be issued a license plate.

- Recommendation for Carrying Two Motorcycles with a 2010 Ford Mustang
- In order to carry the 2 motorcycles with a 2010 Ford Mustang, the best option would be to use a trailer. The Yakima Rack and Roll Trailer, # Y08106, and the Magenta Sports Trailer, # RRT80, are roof racks on wheels and would not work for your application. First, if you do not already have a trailer hitch for the Mustang, I recommend the Hidden Hitch, # 60257. It will fit all models, including the GT, but not a GT/CS, Shelby GT, or GT500.
This hitch comes with the recommended ball mount which

- Will a MegaWarrior Cargo Basket and SUP Brah Surfboard Carrier Fit a Yakima Rack n Roll Trailer
- The Yakima Rack n Roll Trailer, # Y08106, has an adjustable crossbar spread of 44 inches to 4 inches so the MegaWarrior with Extension, # Y07080-82, will fit. It requires a crossbar spread of, at most 41 inches, so the trailer will accommodate it.
The S.U.P. Brah system, # Y04060, uses straps and buckles to hold the board and attach to the mounting location you choose on the trailer, so I do not see a problem there either. It should all work together. I have included video links for the trai
