When idle, the arms fold to the side with a an adjustable, side-mounted knob. The arm angles can be also be set to your desired position with the same knob.
QuickBack 3 not only protects your bike from damage during transport, but your car as well. The carrier feet and the strap buckles are covered with premium padding, sparing your vehicle's paint job from scratches. Extra strap is not blowing in the wind either as clips are included to secure it.
The QuickBack 3 includes a passive, built-in security system with a steel-reinforced strap that goes in your trunk during installation. Removing the QuickBack 2 from the vehicle requires that the trunk be opened. - I am glad you asked. The QuickBack 3, # Y02622, will not fit on the 2010 Chrysler Town and Country because there are no safe mounting points on the van to secure the rack properly.
