- Replacement Rubber Straps for Rhode Gear Shuttle Bike Racks
- I spoke with my contact at Yakima and found out that they bought part of the Rhode Gear line when they went out of business. We may be able to get you the correct replacement straps for your Shuttle rack but we will need the measurement of the holes in the straps on your bike rack.
Yakima has a Fishbone strap, item # RGSUF1052, that may fit if your hole measurement is 1/2 inch. This strap fits most older Rhode Gear bike racks that do not have a strap that is integrated into the cradle.

- The bike rack model name or part number would be a big help here, but I believe we have what you are looking for. I went out to the warehouse and got a set of the Replacement Rubber Straps for Yakima BedRoc and Older Big Horn Models, # Y8820103, and measured them for you, see photo.
These straps are 7-3/4 inches long 1-1/4 inches wide and the holes in the straps are 3/4 inches diameter.

- The most likely cradle strap for your Rhode Gear bike rack is the Rhode Gear Replacement Cradle Strap, # RGSUF1052. I have linked a photo with dimensions for you to determine if this is the correct strap for your rack.

- The closest replacement straps we have would be the Replacement Rubber Straps, # Y02412, that you have referenced. The slightly smaller hole diameter should not pose much of an issue since the rubber stretches. It might just take some extra muscle to pull it around a cradle knob.
The only only Rhode Gear straps we have are # RGSUF1052, which is not as likely to fit as it has 11 holes over the Yakima 9 holes.
