This is a 19x60 folding cargo carrier from Valley. This is a solid constructed carrier which is perfect for those who need heavy duty carrying capacity. With its solid steel construction and expanded metal base this cargo carrier has a capacity of 445 pounds. Also to compliment its capacity this carrier also folds into an upright position when not in use. To facilitate storage or when youre down the road and dont need it, you can fold it up against your vehicle. That is of course provided you have clearance with your bumper. This is a tried and true design with an angle iron frame and expanded metal base. This carrier does need some assembly required and well show you the different parts. Its pretty easy though, its just nut and bolt construction. You have two halves here, you have the bracket front and rear, the plate down the middle, the shank and hinge portion. Well go ahead and demonstrate the fold up feature. This cargo carrier is designed with both vehicles, cars, trucks with a two inch receiver hitch. This is a nice carrier. I love that it folds up. It doesn't fit very tight and it sways a little, but it is still sturdy and gets the job done. I plan on buying a rattle reducer to see if that helps. I put four 31" tires (with wheels) on it and one side bent slightly, but it is stil very functional and holds it's own. It's a good product, definitely for the price.21883
