• I spoke with my contact at Valley. He stated that the shank on the Pintle Hook Adapter, # V69992, is hollow. I have included a link to the installation details below. The end of the shank with the hitch pin hole is designed to fit inside of a 2-1/2 inch trailer hitch receiver opening. The other end is meant to mount a pintle hook coupler like # 63016.
