Today we are going to take a look at Optronics thin line sealed LED utility light, part number UCL65CB. Inside this light are six clear LEDs. It is designed to snap into Optronics brackets using these tabs on the side. On the back are electrical contacts that will snap into the bracket and your single pole wire lead. Next we will hook the light up to a power supply so you can see how it looks. We will connect our ground to one of the posts and our power to the other. Next we will turn off the overhead lights so you can see how bright the light is. And that does it for Optronics thin line sealed LED utility light, part number UCL65CB.

I contacted our representative at Optronics and she confirmed that you must use a mounting bracket with the Thinline Sealed LED Utility Light, part # UCL65CB. The light will plug into the mounting bracket and is grounded through the attachment hardware to the trailer frame. For a black bracket, we have the Black Bracket and Single Wire Plug, part # A65PB. For a chrome bracket, we have the Chrome Bracket and Single Wire Plug, part # A67CB.

Interior LED Light Recommendation for an Enclosed 5 x 12 Foot V-Nose Trailer
I would say that you would need a minimum of 6 of the Thinline Sealed LED Utility Light, # UCL65CB, to light up the inside of your enclosed trailer. Another option would be the LED Domed Utility Light, # ILL24CB. Two or three of these should provide sufficient lighting for your trailer. You would also need to wire them together, and run them to a switch, like # BL0108-00.
