The Rola Custom Fit Roof Rack, # 59828, the Yakima Roof Rack, # Y00409, # Y00138, and the Thule Roof Rack, # TH45058. The roof racks come with all the hardware you need to install on your vehicle.
If you are going to use a cargo carrier on the roof rack, I would recommend either the Thule or the Yakima roof rack. They both have a higher rack weight capacity than the Rola roof rack.

If you plan on using the Thule Mountaineer Roof Mounted Cargo Box, # TH669ES, on a roof rack on top of the roof of the 2003 Toyota Tacoma, you will need to make sure that it has cross bars that run side to side.
