Thule Gutter Feet were created for cars with rain gutters and provide a perfect and secure fit even on vehicles with very narrow gutters.

Features:

• Galvanized stamped steel construction with black polyester powder coat finish resists rust and corrosion.
• Vibration dampening design.
• Anti-slip vinyl coating.

Specs:

• Provides 8" of load bar clearance above the rain gutter
• Requires Thule square load bars.
• Use numbers THLB50, THLB58, THLB65, or THLB78.
• See fitguide for recommended bar length and applications.
• Optional One Key System Locks are available to secure rack to the vehicle.
• Requires 4 lock cylinders.

• The recommended roof rack for your 1998 Jeep Wrangler is the Thule Roof Rack, part # TH300, THLB58. This rack is designed to work on hard top 1998 Jeep Wranglers and would work very well for you. I spoke with my contact at Thule about whether or not you could use the Thule Gutter Feet, 8 inch High, part # TH387, and she told me that it has never been tested and she could not safely recommend it for your Jeep.
