Service from the time I ordered it until my switch arrived was Excellent. Only gripe I have is my plug is different which means I will have to rewire it. No-Problem but a better pic. of the plug where it plugs in would of helped me order possibly the correct one. Rathethen have to rewire the current one. I would definately order from this company again.12505

Installing Replacement Switch on Superwinch EX1
I spoke with my contact at Superwinch and according to them, part # SW2271 will not work with your EX1 winch. The EX1 requires a solenoid for a remote switch and part # SW2271 does not have one. We have two other remote switch products that are compatible with your EX1 winch, parts # SW1515A and SW1575A. One is 15 feet and the other is 30 feet.
