Horizontal 2-Bike Cover for Hitch Racks

This easy-to-use cover accommodates two bikes with a variety of frames on most straight arm, hitch mounted bike racks. The rack arms slide through a slot in the back of the cover. A large zippered opening quickly and easily covers bikes, and cinch straps offer a streamlined fit. The bag also covers two-bike wheel mount racks, but the cover has to be flipped over so that the zipper faces upward. The cover works to protect bikes from dirt, dust and road grime.

• I would think that it would work for your situation with the RV ladder rack. If the arms of the bike carrier stick out from the ladder of the RV Like the ones on our site (see links below) then the hole in the cover would slip over the arms of the bike rack, then after loading and securing the bikes you would secure the cover like normal.
