4-Bike RV Bumper Mount Rack

This reliable mount rack is constructed with steel and carries up to four bikes. Built for 4" to 4-1/2" continuous welded steel square bumpers, this rack is simple to attach and easy to use. The tire rails support several sizes of frames and wheels.

Once you position the racks the appropriate width to fit the adult bikes you can then see if they are close enough to accommodate the childrens bikes. • I spoke with my contact at Swagman. She stated that the 4 Bike Carrier RV Mounted Bike Rack, # S80600, can hold 4 bikes at 30 pounds per bike. She also said that, though that totals out to 120 pounds, you cannot put one 120 pound bike (for example) on the rack. The heaviest bike would need to be loaded closes to the RV and so on. I have included a link to the installation details below. Also, to install this rack, your RV must have a 4 to 4-1/2 inch square continuous welded steel bumper.

• I suppose you technically could move the nearest upright to make room for the spare tire if needed. But you can also make the 2 parts of the rack far enough apart to accommodate the spare tire. The problem with moving the upright forward is that it can only be positioned as far back as the second one is in the product page pictures so the bike furthest away may not be able to be safely secured to the rack.
