Barracuda Roof Mounted Bike Rack

This innovative roof rack carries one bike in its upright position. Its specially-molded profile offers a snug fit for both wheels and secures them with rubber straps. Accommodating bike frames sized between 1" and 3" in diameter, this rack fits Thule and Yakima bars as well as up to 2" wide OEM bars. A unique locking mechanism secures bikes to the rack and the rack to the load bars. An arm with a thickly-padded claw extends from the rack to grab the bike frame.

• The item you selected does not come with the load bars. If you have load bars to attach to your roof rack then you would need two S64730 bike racks to carry two bikes. The load bars are pictured for application purposes only and not included. • The Swagman Barracuda, part # S64730, mounts to cross bars no wider than 2 inches. The Barracuda does not come with cross bars. If your pickup has cross bars (those that run from the driver to passenger side of the vehicle)that are 2-1/2 inches wide then you can use the Thule Ride-On Adapter, part number TH532, to install the bike rack as long as the cross bars are oval and no more than 2-1/2 by 2 inches tall.
