Good little item, but stout. Keyed end is screwed on/off with key inserted. Remove the key, pop the cap on and it's ready to go. Will be used to secure bikes to Swagman hitch carrier for travel and/or storage. Swagman carrier is secured to an anchored stand for storage29141
