Today we are going to show you part number RA-8 from Rackem. And what this product is is a single hook rack for enclosed trailers. Basically, it is a pretty useful hook that you can basically put anything you want on there. It can be used to store tools, straps, or anything with a handle on it possibly could hang right from it. We will go ahead and show you how it gets installed. It is pretty easy. To install is really simple. You just take the hook on here, put it over the top edge up here. And then, it has a single mount hole, so you just go ahead and screw this right to the side of the wall where ever you want. And that is set up for, you can use it with virtually anything, like some electrical cords, helmets or anything you can hang from it really. Weight Capacity of Rack Em Single Hook Rack Part # RA8
I spoke with one our our friends at RackEm, the manufacturer of the Single Hook Rack, part # RA-8. He told me that although there is no specific weight capacity listed, he is more than confident that the hook should have no problem handling the 60 or so pounds you describe. He told me that in the past for demonstration purposes, he has actually hung from the hook with no bending or breakage. If the hook can hold a man, your tent poles should not pose a challenge.
