This 3-leaf double-eye spring is 25-1/4" long x 1-3/4" wide. It is designed for use with 2,500-lb trailer axles.

Leaf springs are an integral part of your trailer suspension system. The double-eye spring is suspended at the ends by hangers that attach to its eye or, in the case of tandem-axle or triple-axle systems, into hangers in the front and rear and an equalizer or equalizers in the center. To determine the type of hangers or hanger kit you need, you must know the specific type of leaf spring you have, as well as your axle diameter and capacity. Depending on the hanger kits used with them, springs can be configured to work for single-, tandem- or triple-axle applications.

Please Note: To ensure proper axle alignment and suspension performance, leaf springs should always be replaced in pairs.

• The 3-Leaf Double-Eye Spring, # PR722, does not have a front and back, it can be installed with either eye facing towards the front of the trailer. This is what I would call a symmetrical spring.
