- I spoke with my contact at Pilot, and the # PM-5102 will have about 3-1/2 inches into which you can slide your existing exhaust without obstructing the resonator.
You can slide the exhaust further through if you like, even as far as the end of the tip, but since you will be covering up some of the resonator inside the sound you get might not be as throaty.
If you want the resonator to be fully effective, or if you just need extra room, it would not be a problem to trim down the exhaust on
