This square LED light can be used as a clearance or side marker light. The amber lens is reflectorized, meaning that a separate reflector is not needed for DOT compliance. The light measures 2-7/8" long x 2-1/8" wide x 15/16" deep. The molded plastic housing and durable lens provide all-weather protection against corrosion. This light has 6 light-emitting diodes which draw 0.058 amps at 12.8 volts. The light features a replaceable, screw-down lens. The black base mounts on the 5/8" long stud. The two-wire design includes the lead and ground wires to mount to any surface.

Today, we have Optronics Squared LED Trailer Clearance Light, part number MCL36AB. This light has a reflectorized lens that is DOT compliant. Inside are 6 LEDs that draw a total of .058 amps at 12.8 volts. The lens is also user replaceable, so you can continue using the light for a long time. On the back of the light is a mounting stud that you can use to mount this light to your trailer. There is also 2 wire leads. A white wire with an eye-ring terminal for your ground and a black lead for your power. Next we will hook the light up to a power supply, so you can see how it works. Connect the white wire up to our ground connection and the black to our power. Next we will turn off the overhead lights, so you can see how bright the light is. And that does it for Optronics Squared LED Trailer Light, part number MCL36AB.

Quick delivery, easy install to replace old style incandescent ones that corroded and burnt out often. Side lights look reasonably bright. Tail & stop lights are well build and quite bright, especially the brake turn lights. They will get dunked in Baltimore's salty water this weekend for the first time. Looks like a nice upgrade, especially if they are not bothered by being immersed in the water.19885

Put two on a trailer today. I wish bought more. Time will tell on the longevity. I do know the bulb types do not last unless you annually take them apart and clean them, and use dielectric grease to keep the corrosion at bay. Too much work all that. I think these will last a long time with no maintenance.18343

These lights are AWESOME! I decided to re-wire the flaky lights on my used trailer and these worked perfectly. They have the exact same mounting configuration as their incandescent counterparts (post mount) but draw much less current and are much brighter and never burn out.9782

Great running light! I replaced my running lights with these and they were a perfect fit and easy to install. This light should be much more reliable than an ordinary bulb unit and is plenty bright.2387
