This rectangular light can be used as a clearance or side marker light. The amber lens is reflectorized, meaning that a separate reflector is not needed for DOT compliance. The light measures 3-29/32" long x 1-27/32" wide x 1-1/32" deep. The molded plastic housing and durable lens provide durable lens provide all-weather protection against corrosion. The light features a replaceable, screw-down lens and easy-to-replace bulb. The light mounts on 3-3/8" centers and has a twist-in socket containing the lead and ground wires for mounting to any surface.

Here we have Optronics Rectangular Trailer Clearance Light, part number MC48AB. This light is a surface mount light and will mount using holes that are 3-3/8 inches on center. Both the lens and the bulb are user replaceable. The lens is reflectorized, DOT compliant and included is a foam gasket to help seal moisture from the back of the light. We have 2 wire leads, a white for ground and a black for power. We will hook up the light up to a power source, so you can see how it looks. Connect white to ground and black to power. Next we will turn off the overhead lights, so you can see how bright the light is. And that is Optronics Rectangular Trailer Clearance Light, part number MC48AB.
