- Surface Ring Tie Down Used With Fiberglass
- Part # HW03-040 has a rubber mounting ring that will help it seal some. You could also use a silicone caulk to make sure it will not leak.
You would need to use nylon locking nuts to prevent the bolts from threading out.
Please note that fiberglass is not intended to be a structural material, it was designed to be used as a skin. You will need to add some sort of backing plate on both sides of the fiberglass to help spread the force put on the ring when in use. Over time it will probably b
