• I believe that on your 1 inch flat surface, you could mount the Hopkins Cross-Check Trailer Level, # HM09615. The overall width is 1-1/2 inches but the mounting holes are just close enough to where it should work on your 1 inch flat surface. Out of all the levels we have (see link) I think this one is most likely to work for you.
