Today on our 2011 Ford Escape, were gonna be test fitting the Husky Liners Weather Beater custom floor liner set for the front and rear part number HL98351. This kit is also available in gray, part number HL98352 as well as tan, part number HL 98353. The Husky Liners Weather Beater floor liners are custom molded to fit the vehicle. The stay-put nibs on the back of the liner will help keep in place. Its custom shape is contoured to the floor board of the vehicle. In certain applications it even provides a spot to go over the factory floor mat hook to help secure the liner.
To install the liner, first thing we need to do is remove the previous or factory installed floor mats of our vehicle. With those out of the way, we can drop our Husky Liners Weather Beater into place. Well fit it into place and press it down into the carpet. Its shaped to fit over the foot rest along the transmission tunnel down by the seat platform as well as along the door sill edge. The moldings and channels in the surface of our Weather Beater Liner are going to help keep dirt and debris trapped in the center of the liner and off your carpet.
When it gets dirty, you can simply remove it from the vehicle, wash it with soap and water and once dry, you can return it to the vehicle to provide years of carpet protection. The rear liner is a single piece thats designed to cover the entire floor area of our Escape. Its custom fit around the floor board in the rear seat as well as around the seat post for the driver and front passenger seats. That does it for our test fit of the Husky Liners Weather Beater front and rear custom liner set part number HL98351 on our 2011 Ford Escape.
