My trailer is from the 50's and I was sure there was no way to replace the broken coupler. Not only did it fit perfect, etrailer sent a picture on how to assemble and a sheet with phone number to call if any questions. Very rare these days. Thanks,14975

I have an OLD trailer and the hitch assembly broke and needed to be replaced. etrailer.com is the ONLY place that I could find that carries this repair kit. Needles to say this Saved me a ton money and time. I Ordered the kit late wednesday evening and it was here Monday The diagrams on the the instructions were very EZ to read and follow.13469

Youre not kidding about the service being exceptional. I needed a repair kit for a Fulton 22-300 coupler and thought this might be it but the weight capacity was too light. I called and asked Regina about it. She went to the trouble of calling Fulton to ask if this was the proper part. It turned out it was not and in fact the part was no longer available from Fulton. They did have the complete coupler though, so for a few dollars more shes sending me a complete replacement coupler. My old one is welded so I will just strip the parts out of the new one and I will be in business.To cap things off, since I had originally ordered this with something else that qualified for free shipping last night, she credited me for the shipping cost of the new coupler.You just cant ask for better service than that.
