I ordered this jack late on a Saturday night and received the jack four days later on Wednesday. Absolutely the fastest I’ve ever received anything I’ve ever ordered. I should have upgraded my jack a lot earlier, fantastic jack and company. Will gladly order from here again.

Perfect replacement. Just unbolted old and put on new. 2008 Triton bass boat.
The jack is a replacement for the same model that was not repairable due to it would not retract from the full height position..
Ordered a fulton trailer jack and a new 7 to 5 plug...order showed up in a timely manner and i have no complaints. Ill use etrailer again if i need something.
I am very happy with my purchase. It was easy to order online and it took just a couple of days to get in the mail. There was a tracking system to know when it was coming. As far as the jack itself, I did have an issue with the handle. The little cap on the handle had a bad crimp and the first time I used it, the black sheath around the handle came off. I don't feel it is of bad quality, I just think that cap didn't quite get crimped right. I let etrailer.com know of my issue, and within 2 days I had a whole new handle assembly in the mail to replace it. Very happy with the product itself, but also very happy with the customer service after that sale. Nice to see them stand by their product and take care of it so quickly. Wouldn't hesitate to order again.
This Jack was a replacement on my boat trailer. It was a perfect match and looks great. It was easy to order and the customer service was great.
I have used etrailer for years. I just ordered 12 thinline led side markers and a Fulton bolt on swivel jack to freshen up my boat trailer and the products and service was excellent as always.

Great replacement and up grade for a 14 year old trailer jack that came on my Triton boat trailer.
This jack seems to be very sturdy and well made. It went right on the old bracket on my boat trailer. The old one was worn out and not big enough for my boat.

1 boat season so far on the tongue of my Mastercraft and all is well. I keep a 500lb fatsac full in the bow on an already tongue-heavy boat. So far, so good.

Looks great! The hardware to mount the jack should have been included or at least informed that it wasn’t included in package. Now I had to order and wait for the parts great.
