Order and delivery were trouble free. Product is a little questionable. I purchased this items because it incorporates a 'step', which I need to climb up on my PWC when mounted on the trailer. When I step on it, however, it bends and deflects significantly (2"). I suspect that it will break after about 1 season of use.16192
