Solid aluminum ball mount gives you a 2" drop or, when flipped over, a 1" rise. Fits balls with a 1-1/4" shank diameter. Supports tongue weight of up to 2,000 lbs and tows up to 14,000 lbs.

• The Diversi-Tech Aluminum Ball Mount, part # DTBM5200, is designed to fit in 2 inch receiver hitches. To my knowledge, none of the 2004 F-250 models were built with the larger 2-1/2 inch receivers. Just to be sure, measure your hitch and make sure it is a 2 inch by 2 inch square receiver opening.

• I went out to the warehouse and measured the Diversi-Tech Ball Mount, part # DTBM5200. The distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the back end of the ball mount is 1-13/16 inches. The back end of the ball mount does have an angle to it, so I measured to the part that is the farthest back from the hitch pin hole. I am including a picture of the ball mount and where I measured. That measurement can vary between ball mounts because on most trailer hitch applications the hitch receiver
