- Zinc plated yellow chromate TUFFPLATE finish has three times the corrosion resistance of standard zinc plated trivalent chrome process and 30 percent greater corrosion resistance when compared to powder coated finish. Results of lab test using 5 percent neutral salt spray confirms our TUFFPLATE finish provides in excess of 500 hours against First Red Rust and in excess of 100 hours of First White Corrosion.

- Winch Recommendation for a Personal Water Craft (PWC) Lift
- There could be any number of brand winches on your personal water craft lift. The winch should have some sort of serial number and/or a manufacturer on it somewhere on in the owners literature for the lift. If you cannot find this information, I may be able to determine what winch is used based on the model and manufacturer of the lift itself.

- For lifting and storing your canoes and kayaks, you will want to use either a worm gear or a brake winch. Worm gear and Brake winches, see links, prevent runaway loads, and do not have a free spool mode.
The pulling winch you selected would not be the best choice for your application, because it could potentially release the load if not operated safely.
