- I can provide the installation details for the Derale 40/60-Amp Relay, # D16764. You will need wiring harness # D16763. The relay will come already plugged in. The orange wire on the harness goes to the #87 terminal on the relay. Yellow and green wires go to the #85 terminal. Red goes to the #30 terminal. Black goes to #86 terminal.
The other end of the red wire on the harness will connect to the positive battery terminal. The other end of the yellow wire will connect to a thermostat switch,
