Slip on mirrors provide excellent towing visibility at an economical price. Mirrors come complete with hardware and are easily installed in minutes without any tools. The Original Custom Towing Mirror Slip On Mirrors utilize a positive hook and knob method to secure the mirror and also reduce wind vibration. The mirrors will not restrict the break away function of the OEM mirror housing nor the adjustment of the glass mirror.
This should be what the mirror looks like on the vehicle. The towing mirror will slide over this mirror.

Today on this 2010 Ford F-150 we are going to install part number CTM2300B, the Longview Towing Mirror. We have our pieces laid out for the parts we are going to do on the passengers side. We have our passengers side mirror, our hook, our knob, and two felt pads. This application doesnt require pads. On other vehicles it may, if you find a mirror rubbing on a factory mirror more than you want, you can always put these in place.
Alright lets go ahead and slip it on and show you how easy it is to do. We will take our mirror, slide it into place, take our hook, this will catch on this edge right here, and its not going to quite meet to here the knob is long enough to take care of that. And you will have to bend it to go into place. Now if you find that youre having a bit of a hard time getting it to start this way, you may want to go ahead and just start it with it disconnected, thread it on, then take the hook and snap it into place, and then tighten it back up. Alright and with that, that will finish with part number CTM2300B Longview Towing Mirror.

the hold-down clamps could be about and inch or two longer...........would make it easier to install........they won't replace factory mirrors but should help..........15067

Not impressed 2010 F150 Crew XLT - fit is not great and covers up all mirror turn signals. Plastic knobs and attachment arm look like they will not take much torque. Did not find thim to be all that helpful for the cost. Can see LH side better but RH seemed useless. Not on my recommeded list for 2010 F150. 3429

Very easy to put on and off Perfect for people who only tow part time or have issues with their garage door being too small for full time tow mirrors. My truck is a 2010 and these fit perfect.2808

These are slide over mirrors that are going to work great. The only problem I found is when tightening down straps, it tends to pull the mirror away from where it is suppose to sit. These will be great for pulling our camper and they were a great price. Thanks30265
