Yes, the bulb in the Pilot Brake and Tail Light Trailer Hitch Receiver Cover, item # CR-007, is replaceable with a Replacement Light Bulb, item # 1157. Just pop the lens off from the front bottom right hand side and the bulb can be easily replaced. You may also be interested in a receiver lock to secure the brake light in your trailer hitch. The outside dimensions of the light portion of the Brake and Tail Light Trailer Hitch Receiver Cover, # CR-007A, are 3 inches wide by 3 inches tall. The shank is designed to fit in a 2 inch square receiver tube. The bulb inside is replaceable. It accepts the Replacement Bulb, # A1157B. You may also be interested in a trailer hitch receiver lock, # 7683, to secure the cover to the hitch and deter theft. I have included a link to a video review of the lock for you to view.
