You'll be impressed when you open up this item. Very well made, quarter inch plate, standard spacing of mounting holes 10" X 4.5" and 10" centers on the fairlead mount. If you are mounting a large winch, you will need half inch longer mounting bolts to secure the handles into the same mounting holes as your winch. Smaller winches you can the use the carriage bolts in the box. Comes with two rubber handle grips not shown in the picture and the receiver pin.24769

The roller fairlead mounting holes are elongated and will accept a 10 inch on center mounting hole pattern. The center to center distance of the holes is actually 10-1/2 inches.
