• I went to our warehouse and measured the license plate holder, and when # C31002 is used in the upright position, the top of the face plate sits 4 inches above the top of the shank. The bottom of the face plate would be 5/8 of an inch below the bottom of the shank. The edges of the face plate are 5-1/8 inches from the sides of the shank.

The first hole measures 4-1/8 inches from the back of the plate to the center of the hole. The second hole measures 6-1/8 inches from the plate to the center of the hole.
