Adjustable, Foldable Arms

Unlike many other A-frame tow bars, the Adventurer can be used with almost any towed vehicle. With an arm spread ranging from 16" to 34", this tow bar can match the base plate width on almost any vehicle within the given capacity. To maneuver the arms, simply loosen the hex bolts that attach them to the coupler and slide them in or out until you achieve the desired spread.

When the Adventurer is not in use, fold the arms next to one another for storage.

Single-Lug Bracket

Single-Lug Connection

The Blue Ox base plates on your vehicle are equipped with two tabs each that connect to the brackets on the ends of the tow bar arms. These brackets are referred to as "lugs." The Adventurer tow bar features Blue Ox's traditional single-lug brackets for quick and easy hookup. Just insert the lugged end of the tow bar arm into the base plate, between its two tabs. Then insert the 1/2" keeper pin through the lugs and tabs and secure it at the end with the included quick pin.
