• A ladder rack could be a viable solution, so long as the bike is not so long as to not provide enough clearance for bumps or inclines. If the bike can be transported when folded I do not see a potential clearance problem. There are other methods for transporting bikes on an RV, but since you are towing a vehicle, the ladder rack would probably be your best solution. • Ultimately clearance would be determined would be dependent on width of the vehicle, length of the tow bar, hitch location on the RV etc. There is no way to say for sure if the ladder rack will allow enough clearance for tight turns.
