Unlike typical grease seals, which wear as they ride along rough surfaces, this neoprene seal rides on a smooth, durable stainless steel ring. By using this grease seal set along with your Bearing Buddy bearing protector, you can be sure that the seal and ring always have adequate grease for fluid operation.
Note: If your axle spindles already have permanent, stainless steel surface rings, you do not need this spindle seal system.

Today were going to review part #BB60002. This is the Bearing Buddy Spindle Grease Seal Set. This set will help minimize grease leakage and maximize the life of your trailers grease seals by switching to this smooth operating system. The high quality neoprene seals will ride on this constantly greased stainless steel ring for easy and free movement. It will reduce grease leakage caused by rough seal surfaces, and it will last longer than your typical grease seals by minimizing the wear and tear. This set does work with the Bearing Buddy Bearing Protectors, which are sold separately.
The Bearing Buddy Protectors will maintain grease pressure, which will ensure smooth operation of the ring and the seal. These parts are constructed of a high quality durable material that can withstand high pressure. It will include the stainless steel seal rings, the O-rings, and the neoprene double lip grease seals. The installation instructions are included. This part is made in the USA.
Now this set, the application it will fit will be trailer spindles that will use inner bearings with a part number of LM48548 or L68149 and with the Bearing Buddy Protector models that will fit on a hub bore of 1.980, 1.968, or 2.562. The grease seal dimension: The outer diameter, which is that measurement here, would be 2.560. The inner diameter is 1.875. Now on the stainless steel seal ring: The outer diameter is 1.875, and the inner diameter is 1.377. This kit will include all the parts necessary for two hubs.
By using this grease seal set along with your Bearing Buddy Protectors, you can be sure that the seal and the ring will always have adequate grease for fluid operation. That should do it for review on part #BB60002. .
